My name is Brad Stringer. I am a Certified Master Inspector®, Certified Inspection Expert®, & InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI® with over 22 years of experience inspecting residential and commercial properties throughout Oklahoma.  I am a past state and local president of the Oklahoma Residential & Commercial Inspectors Association and a former member of the Committee of Home Inspector Examiners for the State of Oklahoma for approximately six years. As InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI®, we are required to pass a Professional Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain our membership in good standing. We also maintain full Errors and Omissions Insurance and General Liability Insurance for your protection.

Trained & Experienced

Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.

All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.

In order to become certified, our inspectors were required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our inspectors are graduates of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Buying a home is typically the largest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you.  Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns. Inspection means protection for you and your family!

About Me

I am a husband and a father of one incredible daughter. I was born in the big city of Talihina, OK where my parents both grew up. I owned and operated a successful home inspection franchise near Tulsa, OK, for 10 years and have owned our current inspection company for the last 12. Before that, I worked in commercial construction and commercial power line construction. I earned an MBA in Marketing & International Business and my wife and I now live in Owasso, OK with our daughter, (which we had at 39!) and I am the Owner and Principal inspector of our current inspection company.
