Each of our home inspections also come with a 90-Day Warranty for Electrical, Mechanical, & Plumbing of up to $500, as well as Main Sewer Line, Main Water Line, & Structural Warranty of up to $2000 each. We also provide a 200% Satisfaction Guarantee. If upon receipt and review of the home inspection report, you are not completely satisfied, we will not only refund our fee, but we will also pay up to the same amount for another home inspection of your choice.
We offer a variety of commercial and residential home inspection services from General Home Inspections, to Environmental Testing and Sampling. We encourage you as a buyer or seller to be present at the home inspection so any questions or concerns you may have can be fully addressed by our professionally trained and experienced home inspector at the time of the inspection. Inspection reports can be e-mailed on site providing you the convenience of same day home inspection reporting if needed, or within 24 hours if a shorter inspection window is desired.
